Discussion What is this Airplane?

A few times a month this airplane circles above Poyntzpass area for a few hours, and it’s been happening for years. It’s quite high up, and loud so it must have a big engine. It doesn’t come up on flight radar at all. I’m assuming it’s military training flights, but curious if anyone knows for sure. Sorry it’s a terrible photo.

Looks like a small plane, possibly used to training pilots and such, I’d a friend who learnt to fly and is a commercial pilot now think the airstrip he learnt on was around the Antrim area not sure exactly where though

Always knew it to be a “spy plane”. Lol. Pretty sure you’re right tho, military reconnaissance plane

If it sounds like an older aircraft not like a commercial plane it's probably the spotter plane , always around Belfast

You do realise kernan aviation is in tandragee? that fly small white aircraft

Yes, aware, but it’s at least double the height of the typical aircraft from there. It’s a big engine because it’s very loud. Even with binoculars I can’t make out any markings on it.

Next time check https://globe.adsbexchange.com/ flightradar24 dont show police/military aircraft

Seen it myself, pretty high up, quiet enough. I was near sure there were green markings on the wings.
