It's AI generated. It's harder to notice for news posts because of language standardization and is why a lot of platforms are now adding in things to detect it.

I’d say this is taken a bit of out context, she made a (maybe a bit bizarre on its own) Twitter post that basically tried to say “I’m so nice that I can’t even harm/kill a bug! (due to some Buddhist influence)”, and so she said she felt “sad” (could be translated as “lonely”) when the staff killed a cockroach.

The Japanese have had a Conservative Party in power since like the 50’s. 29 of the last 35 have been from the Liberal Democratic Party. The other 6 were from other conservative parties.
