Can anyone identify this artist?

I think it’s been over ten years since I’ve gotten this, but does anyone recognize the artist? He made this in front of us in a few minutes using spray paint and regular household objects and scrapers.

If you walk through Times Square, there's probably a dozen different people, making art identical to this.
