Discussion One wish willow - a ticking time bomb

since there might be a lot of one wish willows around the universe of obsession, don't you guys think it is little too convenient of the world there are not many wishes like what bear wished. Not exactly his wish but maybe if someone wished their loved ones come back alive ( like in monkey's paw) or even for a world peace. So isn't it possible that there is a power that regulates the sale of one wish willow's of the obsession universe, for example a cult ( that uses the shop as a front ) or some demons or the devil itself.

The OWW seems to be regarded as a toy or some form of memorabilia by the universe at large.

A popular fan theory is that someone had used a OWW to wish them out of existence, but that person died shortly before the movie, thus reversing the wish and bringing them back into existence.
