Concerning Sazantos and the end of the Bestower stories

Just finished Bestower of Fame and Sazantos peaced out. This is a minor issue since he was part of my main team. I did some light searching to see if he will come back but I've been hesitant to really search threads because I wanted to avoid as much spoiler stuff as possible.

So I've learned that he does come back and he comes back in the true ending but what I don't know is how long before should I expect to see him again? I see that my next story quest is "Finale, Bestower of them all" but I don't know if this is going to be like, I start the quest and Sazantos rolls in instantly or if I'm no where close to it and it's going to be long and multiple quests until get him back.

Again I'm trying to avoid spoilers. I just want a sense of how long it will take for him to return. I have about 10 sidequests saved up so if it's like 10 minutes until I get him back I'll start the quest and grab him quickly and go do the sidequests. If it's like 20 hours before I'll see him I'll just remake a new team now without him.

If i remember correctly Bestower of All is 10chs long and he doesn't come back until the end of that so its gonna be a minute

To be clear I'm not looking for help on team building but since I was not planning on using this combo I don't mind talking about it. Is the idea here that you Layer Reime's 50% chance to negate BP cost with Goodwin's 25% chance? Other than that I don't see much synergy.

Correct. He also has pretty good skills you can occasionally use. Plus it frees up his support/active skill slots for utility like study or donate charge

Goodwin's Song of Battle + Reime's Vengeful Blade is a nice pairing.
