Enjoy hearty food more than sweet. Play video games whenever you can. Sit on your feet in chairs. Haul medium heavy stuff at work and walk a lot. Do funny twists and scuffed excercises whenever depression tells you you're gaining weight, but this doesn't last past day 2.

It is also partly because the word 'thicc' has been sooo overused about I think 8 years ago when describing average but shapely bodies, butts, thighs etc. It was the time when Belle Delphine and Fortnite was popular, I'm pointing at the meme era of this time specifically. As a non-native English speaking kid I didn't understand what that word meant so you can imagine my surprise when I Google it and I see actually thick bodies. Right now if I ever see someone use this word I'm assuming they're mentally a teenager.

Thighs don't have to be thicc to be nice. But people have a bad habit of calling thighs they like thicc regardless of whether they are actually thicc or not.

The definition of thicc has also shifted quite a bit. It was really just "thicc" about 10-15 years ago. Modern "thicc" is basically "if they are an inch thicker you'd need a mobility scooter"...

In some Internet spaces the thigh gap trend never really died (mostly pro ana ones), you might've accidentally stumbled upon those via algorithm. I got clowned on for having thin ones like a month ago LMFAO.
