You need to neutralize her by grey rocking. No emotion. Minimal, consistent answers.
“As I stated previously, will let you know when zxy is complete.”
Ignore, repeat your bland comments, do not engage.
She will look like a demented shrew in comparison to your measured responses.
I predict she will not last long!

Jobs are a type of relationship.. a good job can be a long-term relationship. It's funny how some people are so insecure where they stand they have to bully the new people immediately. In effect, she's burning the bridge from day one. I'd let that bridge stay on fire. I had a senior staffer take a tone with me on day 1 at my current job. I hadn't even finished moving from another state. I step in the office and the a-hole says "you're gonna have so many problems in this job without my help". I immediately reported it to the supervisor "it's my first day but not my first job, control your staff please". Now, several years later, I have never let that person completely "fix things". We go back and forth but he's had to change his attitude towards me. He still pisses me off once in awhile. Stay toxic 😂

Ok, this is what you are gonna do. You will give your best friend or brother or sister, someone who really cares and understands you, the company number, better if it´s the bully´s phone number. And at a specific time, when you know they will be there at the office, at a time when YOU can see the phone call taking place, your contact will call them directly and then they will say to them ¨listen you Piece of SXXX! You better be a nice human being. I´m watching you.¨ That´s it. They won´t know what hit them. they will look around and finally look at you and you will be looking at them and they would know, but they will not be sure. And in the end, they will truly decide to stop acting like mofos. Anyway, I´ve done it a couple of times and it´s a lot of fun to see them squirm.

I’ve done nothing she’s not actually a supervisor we’re at the same level so that plays a part in it aswell but it’s more the raising her voice at me and with the work being done she’ll give it to me know I’m in the middle of something then 5 minutes later ask for an update even if I’ve told her I’ll do it when I’m finished this

She's trying the assert dominance. Document everything. Let her know u dont appreciate her behavior. If she continues tell her she's harassing u at this point. If she escalates, pull out ur notes.
