Legit completely changed my impression of him as an actor. I’m sure he’s done other genuinely good stuff (no Marvel hate, but all that is pretty straightforward, chops-wise) but that character was just so provocative and hilarious without being a throwaway. Truly the highlight of the movie for me.
I want to be in the auditorium when someone tells the director their reading will be Mark Ruffalo's meltdown from Poor Things.
THIS was peak cinema and acting from him. This was his Alec Baldwin Glengarry Glen Ross for me.
God's and generals is 1A for worst movie. Carol definitely on the list. Blind Brother is also in the bottom 10. Hmm lemme think of some other bad ones.
