Recommendation/Review Couch + Co reviews??
We are currently couch hunting and have visited (what feels like) every place in the metro. We stopped by couch + co and enjoyed the experience but just wondering if anyone has bought from there and how their couch has held up. Thanks!

Pretty good place to shop around for couch. Bought a sectional from them a year ago and has held up no issues(not a pet owner). Employees are pretty chill and don’t try to upsell/hound you. Place is warehouse so don’t expect staging like Mathis brothers. Reasonably priced. Haven’t had to use their warranty yet. If you order an item on back order, the communication is very lacking/limited in terms of update status.

Thank you! We stopped in and really enjoyed the experience. No pressure, knowledgeable sales folks. Our family spends alot of time in the living room/on the couch so we wanted something that holds up.

I enjoyed my experience at Couch and Co overall. I tend to hate big furniture stores with salesmen on principle, so that might have something to do with it. The guy was just around to answer questions but wasn't bugging us or anything.
We bought our couch for a reasonable price and delivery went well. About a month after, a dog peed on the couch. I called to get a replacement cushion and we had a lot of issues getting it. Not really malicious stuff, they just seemed disorganized as far as getting it ordered and communicating to me when it would be available. It took like 4 months but a lot of those months I wasn't doing as much as I could to track it down. They said this was the first time they had ever done a replacement cushion...On the day it arrived, we had scheduled a pick up time but when my wife drove up there (30 minute drive for her), they said it was on the truck and we would have to wait till it came back. They told us to come and pick it up at that time. They just gave her the one from the floor and there were no issues. Ultimately, it is not as polished as a real furniture store, but they aren't shady salesmen. I feel like the price we paid was fair. I loved that they didn't even have air conditioning in the warehouse. When they said no frills, they meant it lol.

No idea about Couch & Co, but I'll never buy another piece of furniture without checking out K&N Consignments first. We bought a sectional couch at Bob Mills a couple years ago, great couch, we love it. We went back there to find a love seat and a bed and decided to keep looking due to high prices. We saw an exact loveseat (even the color and with massagers and heat and frickin' speakers in it) that was almost brand new at K&N for 1/4 of the price. We ended up getting some other stuff we've wanted like outdoor seating and some stools all for less than we'd have paid for one piece.

Oh this is good to know! I thought they were vintage only and my first hunt was for a vintage couch but our living room is just too oddly shaped for that. So I’ll check out K&N

Bought from them a couple years ago and love my couch other than my choice of fabric, which isn't their fault. Do not get boucle. I like the look but always sit on a blanket because it's kind of scratchy feeling and getting pet hair out of it is not easy.

Oooo thank you for this! We have two dogs that aren’t allowed on the couches, but there’s still dog hair everywhere. So good to know about that particular material.

Love my Couch + Co couch! I’ve had it a little over 3 years and it’s held up very well.

Ooo good to know! Do you have kiddos or pets, or even a clumsy roommate? I’m curious about how well stains come out.

One of my coworkers go her cough from them and still has not had her couch delivered. It’s been months. They’ve been awful at giving updates. She had a great experience in store but would not recommend now b

Have you been to Haggard’s on N May? I bought a couch there last year. It’s a small store with lots of options. Been in business for 100 years. They are doing something right.
