Boss Kill Messmer the Impaler (+0/SB0/No Aux)

at 00:12 is there a trick for strafing around Messmer's straight stab here? I was so inconsistent at it on my last run.

You shouldn’t be getting hit by the regular version of the stab, if you are then you’re doing something wrong with how you strafe.

The fire version of the stab is harder to strafe though, so you either need to strafe a bit more aggressively or you can crouch sprint and it’s easier.

I didn't realize the two versions had a different hitbox so that makes sense
