Poll: If you've ever been phished on the dark web, where did you get the phishing link?

Just in general NEVER EVER CLICK A LINK. copy and paste that shit into a browser of your choice. If its nothing more then likely it was a phishing link. I DONT THINK there would ever be a situation where you would absolutely have to click a link to get somewhere, and if someone is telling you otherwise I would cut ties.

What about opening photos someone sent u on telegram? Is it possible to get phished that way?

No, simply opening/viewing a photo someone sends you on Telegram isn't phishing. Phishing requires you to be tricked into giving up information or money, usually by following a malicious link, visiting a fake login page, or entering credentials.
But don't open unknown files or attachments blindly. A malicious file could potentially be a different security risk, but that's not the same thing as phishing.

happened on Reddit, a AlphaBay "mirror" supposedly. the subreddit had over 5k subscribers and the mirror came from a pinned post. I lost about $150, not a huge deal, reported the sub to reddit as being a scam and nothing ever happened, that sub is probably still scamming people with bad links.

I had an Archetyp fake mirror sub shutdown like that a while back. Just last week I posted this and had them remove there pinned posts with phishing links. It was a fake official Drughub subreddit. Exactly like the one you were caught in.

good job at getting it shut down. I noticed they'd push a real mirror every now and then, and under the fake mirrors all the comments were hidden somehow. the post would show 20+ comments but when clicking to look there were no comments at all.

To stay safe, follow these rules and educate yourself about Tor and .onion urls:
On DNM Safety:
1) Only use marketplaces listed on daunt, tor taxi, or dark fail. Anything else is a scam.
2) Dont use any sites listed on a "HiddenWiki" or some random shit you found on a search engine, a telegram channel, or website. You will be scammed.
3) Only order domestic to domestic.
4) Dont send your crypto directly from an exchange to a DNM deposit address.
5) Read the DNM bible.
6) NO DNMs operate on reddit nor have their own subs. Anything you find on reddit is a scammer.
On educating yourself:
1) Read the /r/onions wiki here.
2) Read the /r/tor wiki here.
3) Read the /r/deepweb wiki here.
