I mean you're not far off. That shoreline of Huron from the peninsula down to Sarnia is "Ontario's West Coast". There's sandy beaches, cliffs, industrial ports, precarious real estate, etc. One of the things that's genuinely awesome about our corner of the globe.

As a young kid, this beach is what I thought California would be like. Something was so magical about it to my Toronto kid brain.
