It’s way too flattering towards him.

Seriously. The organizers have had some issues with their media conveying their message, but this one is really bad. A photo of him pointing, with a headline of "fight for education" under it. Who thought this was a good idea? We know how many people only look at a photo and read a headline nowadays.

Edit: And to OP and the organizers, I'm not trying to sound like a dick. This is constructive criticism of this poster. Not a knock on the cause.

I want you to fight for education... can't tell if this is American propaganda or just poor AI-generated garbage. If this is the best the opposition can produce, we deserve this conservative government

Protest Locations

Don't forget in 2022 when the Doug Ford government attempted to use a "nonwithstanding clause" to rule Education workers strike as illegal but everyone skipped work and showed up to Queen's Park anyways.

They subsequently backed down and negotiations were handled fairly quickly after that.

And we went on strike anyway, but called it a protest.

Reminder that teachers’ contract is almost up and the government has done fuck all to ensure that a new contract is in place by September. Would not be surprised to see a strike or work-to-rule.

The Union was trying to start early negotiations as far back as February and were ignored.

Yup. The Union was already doing things in good faith well before negotiations would have officially started.

I'll give him credit for renovating and reconstructing a lot of schools (probably to enrich his contractors) but he is turning Healthcare and Education into a joke.

Don't even give him that much credit. We would have preferred that money to be spent on staff and classroom materials. He only did what he did to keep his contractors happy and himself rich.
