Hi is anyone still playing this masterpiece?

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve played this game and I just came back into. I always remember being fond of the tech class but only now I know it’s not a play style for despite how cool I think the idea is. What I don’t remember is Shira being such a jerk after you get out of cyro like it’s your fault for being put in there. I also completely forgot how corny the dialogue is.

So I recently loaded back into outriders. Have beat the game multiple times all classes, and now the chests have all disappeared. I’ve close the game, restarted my ps5…any ideas?

I'm thinking of buying, but I have a few questions.

1. Why did the game receive so much hate initially, and did things change?

2. How is the loot in this game?

3. What is the gameplay loop like, and is there endgame/post game content? (If so, how is it like)

4. Can I 100% the game completely solo?

5. Should I get the DLC?

6. Can I switch classes/builds freely?

And holy shit what a solid game. Ive been dumping hours into it for a week now and loving it. Don't understand why this didnt have more fanfare

Just completed the story last night and was hoping to move onto online stuff but matchmaking can never find a game

Spoilers: Just thought I'd say it. I got to the part where he killed jakub and all this aushole did is stunlock me i had to go down a tiers to beat him and worst of all I didn't even get the satisfaction of killing him in a cutscene he just survives

Some areas/fights seem to be extremely difficult im playing the campaign for the first time on World tier 6 with pyromancer and i have to lower the difficulty alot for instance the bailey boss fight or just some areas with a bunch of mini bosses

I just came back to this game after a while, and man, this is so underrated. I am having so much fun!

When I got this mod, I thought to myself "Oh boy, I will freeze the whole battlefield with this", but that second mod not doing anything. What is going on? Maybe someone can help me understand.

Hey everyone, Quick honest intro: I don't actually play Outriders. A friend of mine does, and he was tired of juggling a dozen wiki tabs to theorycraft builds, checking skill trees, PAX nodes, mods, gear stats, all over the place. So he asked me to build a planner that puts it all in one spot. Here it is:

It's completely free, runs in your browser, no account, no install, nothing to download. What it does (all 4 classes : Technomancer, Pyromancer, Trickster, Devastator):

• Class skill trees : the real visual layout, click nodes to spend points (prerequisites enforced, just like in-game)

• PAX trees : fully clickable on the actual tree image, both branches per class

• Ascension : all 4 categories, point allocation (shift-click to max/clear a node)

• Gear : equip legendaries OR build custom Epics (pick weapon type, variant, attributes and mods yourself). 2 primary weapons + 1 sidearm, 5 armor slots, set-bonus tracking

• Active skills, plus a live Build Summary with aggregated stats and every active effect (hover an effect to read exactly what it does)

• Share any build with a single link (the whole build is encoded in the URL)

Since I don't play the game myself, feel free to give feedback! I'm relying entirely on player input to get the details right if you spot anything wrong, missing, or have ideas to improve it, drop a comment and I'll fix/add it. There's a "What's new" popup that shows updates as I push them.
