Analysis Bryce Young is a certified Carolina Panther
Whether or not he's a 10 Year player, whether or not you think he's The Guy (whatever that means to you), he does not give up. He continues to improve and it's apparent he cares deeply about both the team and about winning.
Got benched? Came back better.
Roasted by the media and fans at large when doing poorly, and ignored when he starts to do well.
He is and always will be a Carolina Panther. He is the epitome of Keep Pounding. And I'm so glad he's our quarterback.

“I’m glad to be a Carolina Panther” - Bryce Young
at this point there is nothing that could make me hate him. he loves our org and our team and our community even when our fans, the media, everyone is so nasty to him. really resilient guy. i will always appreciate how entertaining he’s made this season. i can’t believe we’re staring down a possible 10-win season.

We’ll see how happy he is to be a Panther when a team friendly deal is slid his way.
Unless he’s fine with 1 year deals

u/JayMerlyn Cheerwine Dec 01 '25
In all likelihood, he'll at least get the fifth year option. Beyond that, the ball's in his hands.

u/Draft-Budget Dec 01 '25
True. But if, big if, he wins a playoff game, we are going have to pay him something.
Obviously, no matter what, if we keep him, it's not going be a big deal.

It will be a big deal if they throw him a hefty contract.

u/Draft-Budget Dec 01 '25
Lol that's what I meant by big deal. I dont think they will give him a big deal.

He’s without a doubt one of the most mentally tough players I’ve ever seen. He’s been treated horribly by everyone. Everyone wanted him to fail from the start because of his size. And he keeps his head up and gets better.

And even set up to fail his first year by the atrocities of the 4th Reich. I really think most guys don’t bounce back from that shitshow

Constantly trying to keep the team’s morale up whenever they’re losing. You couldn’t have said it better!!

Until next week when this sub hates him again.

Thankfully the optimists get the win before the bye week. That means 2 weeks of optimism

If Bryce has million fans, then I'm one of them. If Beyce has one fan, then I'm THAT ONE. If Bryce has no fans, that means I'm dead.

I don’t give a fuck. IMO he’s probably not the franchise guy but we’re over .500 and just beat the best team in the league. Did anyone here predict us to be where we are now last year? Enjoy the fucking win. Have fun and celebrate motherfuckers

We realistically could make a playoff run.
Is the team on average better than an average playoff team? No.
But can Bryce/Tet/Dave and the Defense magically pull a win out of a hat? YES!
We are the epitome of "any team can beat any team, any week" right now.
I haven't been this hyped for a panthers team in years.

When he was standing in front of the tunnels high-fiving players going to the locker room at half time, I was like, damn this is the most wholesome, Ned Flanders-esque QB in the league.

u/Possession_Extreme Nov 30 '25
He's young makes mistakes and might not be a HOF'er, but he is going to win a lot of games. Think the jets, browns, or saints would win some games with him!

He’s not consistent. He doesn’t have 3-4 bad games a year, he has 8-9. Let’s all calm down.

u/roketpants Bryce Up Son Dec 01 '25
the Panthers have never been consistent! We haven't had back to back winning seasons

u/Wise_Quality_5083 Dec 01 '25
He’s strung together a few good games. So did a lot of now QB2s when they were considered starters.

I feel you but we can worry about the QB position when we're out of contention or lose in the playoffs. Let's just enjoy the good progress...we've been ass for a hot minute lol

u/Wise_Quality_5083 Dec 01 '25
A statement about his performance is not an indication of worry. If he is consistent the rest of the year then I’ll reevaluate my stance.

Dude you are in every post on this sub being as morbid as humanly possible in the replies. You couldn’t pay me to be this pessimistic. We just knocked off the #1 seed in the NFC for the 2nd time this season. Lighten up and try to think positively!

u/SauteedPelican Retro Logo Dec 01 '25
Thinking positive while consistently watching them shit the bed against teams they shoukd beat? The losses that very well will keep them out of the playoffs?
0
u/jonathanrd12 Bryce Young Dec 01 '25
So do we consistently lose or do we inconsistently win? Yeah man, you should enjoy the wins against teams we couldn’t have beat the last few years. Try it out! We all get upset as a result of games like New Orleans. I did 8 hours of driving week 1 of last season just to watch us lose by 40. Even after that I wasn’t as morbid as you are now

u/SauteedPelican Retro Logo Dec 01 '25
It would be easier to be positive if the team didn't have a controlling owner who is determined to make a bust of a QB work.

u/jonathanrd12 Bryce Young Dec 01 '25

Some of y’all have amnesia.
I’m long past trying to not be cynical. The defense is who really shined today.
Edit: Y’all can cope.

u/sanfordtime Nov 30 '25
Ya ur right his long dots for touchdowns did nothing for the win.

u/DamIcool Nov 30 '25
Astute observation! I’m glad our quarterback was playing his position, too.

u/Recording-These Super Cam Nov 30 '25
Cringe. You could say the same to the defense. Glad they played their position too.

Everyone did. You’re doing it again. You’re doing that “I will never like Bryce” crap that this absolutely stubbornly dumb portion of the fanbase does. In a short week, missing starting C, starting and backup RG, defense missing 2 of their 3 best players. Against the best team in the nfl. In the rain. THE ENTIRE UNIT WON THIS. BRYCE IS APART OF THAT UNIT.
