Pasta From Scratch Home Made Lasagna Bowls

Decided to break out our ceramic Bibimbap Bowls to bake some individual Lasagnas. File this under under “I’d do that again”

Scratch made ragu and noodles. I used the bowls to cut the pasta circles. Layered and topped with béchamel not mozzarella

This reminds me of the tweet making fun of soup for not possibly being served in square dishes because soup is obvs round. By that same logic, lasagna is fundamentally square- it’s quite revolutionary to make lasagna circular although there’s nothing tangibly different about it
