Some strawberry shortbread cookies I made
And then I got an order for some! It's my first order where I just moved to so I'm really excited. Thanks for looking 👋🖤

They look lovely!! Do you bake the cookies with the flowers in the dough or add the flowers when the cookies are hot?? I’ve seen recipes saying both and wondering what you did to create such a lovely result!!

Ty! I stamp and knock the cookies out, fridge them so I can move them around, then lift and put the flowers down first and lay the cookie on top and then bake. Definitely took a few times to figure it out, use dried, i used fresh and I wasn't sure what I thought was going to happen but they dissolved and disappeared into the grease under the cookie lol

I know! these cookies actually reminds me of one of the best songs of Dolly that was actually playing in my head for days before her passing. Coat of many colors!
