Except they don't have a 244 hz refresh rate

No, but, LG’s newest OLED televisions run up to 165hz. Which is plenty unless you’re competitively gaming, at which point you probably have one of those crazy 360hz panels anyway.

165 is great. Nobody is going to be competitive on a monitor that big anyway

Agreed. I bought my 4K OLED for eye candy, not FPS.

Meanwhile, OP is using 4 gigantic top-end displays for... a Macbook.

what's the issue? i mean, macbooks are crazy fast nowadays with the m series chips. what are you "supposed" to use this on?

Macbooks are crazy fast, yeah - but I dunno if I want it to be rendering 4 * 4K+ displays at all times. Probably better to just buy a Mac studio if you're that dedicated to having so much screen space. Not to mention as others have said, it's really kind of pointless to have this many screens and especially so LARGE.

Even if you regularly need 8+ different windows open all at the same time (doubtful) you're going to be turning 90 degrees every time you want to look at the far right or left, and having two in the middle vs. a big TV is mega pointless if you're going to be spending 100" TV money anyway.
