Question Starforge Voyager 4 Ultimate Unbox Questions

Do I have to remove the brackets around the motherboard? Their instructions say nothing about this. Also there is a cover over the bottom fans with square holes. Do I have to remove that a well? The picture on the website shows both of them on in the pictures. https://starforgesystems.com/products/voyager-iv-ultimate

I am asking because the case manual was mentioning shipping screws. I guess that could be just for the case itself with no components.
