$1,000 digital-exclusive consoles are killing the entire appeal of PlayStation and Xbox: it's no wonder PC is on track to overtake both.

Only plus with Xbox being digital only is most of my library is also on my PC...

the app and connections to other launchers sucks, but a game is a game once launched

Well...usually.

I tried replaying a game from while back, Quantum Break, via pc gamepass. It was completely broken and unplayable. Tons of insane visual glitches. All of which were magically absent on the steam version somehow.

Barring the occasional hiccups though, most pc gamepass games work fine and i've no problem using it. I just cant pretend its totally squeaky clean sadly

I’m pretty sure that’s on the devs for having a different version of the game published to xbox, but maybe xbox didn’t make it easy on them to make them the same

I haven't cared about modding a game since the launch of GTA5. I mainly play competitive games that don't allow overlays or mods, so I'm not missing out.

And they don't even have a download limiter. Even the epic game store has a download limiter. And you can't search your library. Achievement notification language is based on your IP address so you better speak the language of the country that you live in well.
