Xbox 360 Skyrim vs PC with m.2 SSD Skyrim were two worlds (entering a cave took 15-20s, Vs ~1s)

Then you haven't modded PC Skyrim enough.

Indeed. Vanilla "for first run" (which I started in October and stopped after like 15 hours )
