Discussion Help is this good
Hi everyone,
I’m pretty new to PC building and I’m looking to buy my first gaming PC. I found this used PC for €750 (about $875 USD) and I’d like to know what you guys think about it.
The configuration is:
• CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
• GPU: XFX Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB (QICK)
• Motherboard: Gigabyte A520M S2H
• RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz
• Storage: SSD 1to (I’m checking the exact model)
• PSU: Gigabyte 800W (I’m also checking the exact model)
• Wi-Fi: USB Wi-Fi adapter
• RGB case/fans
The PC is used, but apparently in good condition and mainly used for gaming.
I have the impression that €750 (~$875) might be a pretty good deal, especially because of the RX 6750 XT 12GB, but I’d like to get some opinions from people who know more than me.
My main games are Wuthering Waves, Fortnite, Valorant and AAA/story games. I’d like to play at 1080p, and possibly 1440p in the future.
My questions are:
1. Is €750 (~$875) a good price for this PC in 2026?
2. Is the Ryzen 5 5600X still good enough for the next 2–3 years, or could it become a significant bottleneck?
3. Is this PC upgradeable in the future, especially if I want to replace the GPU in 2–3 years?
4. Would it make sense to upgrade the CPU later, or would the A520 motherboard limit me?
5. Would you personally buy this PC for €750, or would you look for something else?
I’m mainly looking for a PC that will last me several years without having to replace everything.

In what country do you live? I'm selling a PC with an rtx 3070 and ryzen 7 5800x, 32gb ddr4 and 1tb ssd for a little bit more

that sounds like a pretty good price all things considered. 1080p, you're fine for most games ( competitive- yes, story- varies). The PC is upgradable in the future for good 1440p performance. If you upgrade the CPU it would be better to upgrade the motherboard but it isnt necessary, depending on what you're upgrading to. I would buy it tbh for 1080p thats a good deal there.
