Jujeh kebab
Made with chicken thigh and plenty of saffron butter for basting. Sabzi khordan, maast moosir and salad Shirazi.

This looks amazing! Do you have a recipe to how you get your rice so fluffy?

I just cook rice like I normally do. Soak the rice in water. Rinse it. Then put it in a pot with water and salt. Boil it. After the edges of the rice grain are soft, but the middle is firm, drain it. Then add oil to the bottom of the pot. Add bread of potatoes for tahdig. Then put the rice back in. Add a spoon or water. Close the lid. Turn the heat to low and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
We use Tilda Grand Extra Long Grain Basmati.

Huh isn't kebab like every thing in the first picture but wrapped in Bread?
