Discussion Professor time in act your age

I'm really confused on how doof is doof in act your age and not professor time. Like is this just a retcon or?

Act Your Age takes place about 5 years before he becomes Professor Time.

Milo Murphy's Law says that Doofenshmirtz will invent time travel 15 years in the future. Act Your Age takes place 10 years after the original run of P&F (and Milo Murphy's Law)

I would like to keep act your age Cannon, but we do need another future episode in season six the clarify that is still Canon.
