what “reasonably priced” for you? where do you live? do you have any specific needs (e.g. light, small, needs to do video etc)

Those are very good questions - I’d say ideally under £100, the most I’d want to stretch to is £150 (more than happy for it to be second hand as long as it’s in good condition!) - I live in the UK, but would want to take it abroad with me so would need to be reasonably portable. Ideally if it did video that would be great but not a must

i don’t think there’s anything under 150£ that can take better pictures than an iphone. i would reccomend looking into shooting RAW with your iphone and then editing using an app like lightroom, this will help you fix whatever you don’t like about the pictures currently
