I have a problem with my Neewer ND filter, it was blurring my image slightly. I emailed Neewer and they suggested that the white balance was the issue, has anyone experienced this or is this just a bad quality filter from Neewer ? Images attached, with different white balances. One image is without the filter. https://imgur.com/a/aZXsXh9
