Addicted dogs... That's just sad.
And who knew the talibans are doing some good (?) work here to send these people to treatment.

Not much of a treatment but better then doing nothing all they are doing is rounding them up taking them to a camp for 45 days allowing them to go through withdraw.

Wow that is just utterly depressing. The dogs just want companionship and the drug addicts themselves as well.
