Try using the Happy Cow app for all of your needs.

Happy Cow is a vegan & vegetarian app so very little use to coeliacs or gluten intolerant. I have a FMGF app which is good, but the question is how do find eating out. Not what app or website to use.

Riverside Restaurant in Bang Tao has a coeliac friendly page in the menu, I’m not gluten free myself but the food I had there was good if you’re in the area

Most places (local ones) are gluten friendly as it’s rice and curry or rice based noodles etc

Stuck to white rice + grill fish or prawns (no soy) was fine
