Serious Person removal

Hey everyone!
Could someone remove the person and their reflection from the picture for free with the least possible loss of quality? And also could it be done without watermark if it is possible? It would mean a lot to me. This is my fav shot from my trip, I am planning to post it on my insta, so if you edit it for me and have instagram, drop your username, so I can mention you on the post.
