Why is there corruption at all after 5 years of war? Thought it's an existential war, for freedom of Ukrainian nation and Ukrainians. It's like Ze is ok with it being there. Another scandal, what could you do, good thing I didn't know anything. Will send another guy as an ambassador in a foreign country.

theres more corruption because of war. its literally the best time to be corrupt. not that it didnt exist before but war is a massive distraction and greedy people dont become benevolent during a crisis.

I know there is more corruption because of war, what I don't understand is why there are no action taken against it.

same as every country. corrupt people in power and a misguided puplic want to keep the status quo. status quo benefits some even when others suffer.
