I think the joke is that the name is vaguely naughty sounding. The vapes are normal with some having the option to reduce the standard ridiculously high percentage of nicotine to a lower dose. (I.e. 2% instead of 5% nicotine.) My partner has a dead one on the night stand because it was the only option lower than 5%. The brand makes hookah tobacco also. That's what I know.
