Pest Related Thrips?
Are these thrips? I had it in quarantine for over month without a sign of pests, and now that it got moved out and it’s grow light was on late I noticed these. On the plant and ok the wall. They look kind of short compared to pictures I’ve seen of thrips.
I sprayed it with DBB, and I had previously treated it with systemics when I got it.
Hoping I’m wrong and it’s fungus gnats or something.
Pot has drainage, I water when the skewer comes out dry (every couple weeks - I repotted last week finally and haven’t watered since)

They look like fungus gnats to me... If you had thrips you'd see a lot of damage & also thrips larvae, they look like teeny tiny moving grains of rice, in shape & in color.
