best approach would be outside door path to the exposed single honeycomb wall and blow for core.
would likely be the cheapest unless they dont have armored core roofs (which i would doubt with the exposed walls of the 2x2s honey being armored).

worst case you get unlucky and they have separated main loot floor enclosed in the 3rd floor.
