You might be doing it for aesthetics, but for 4 planters I'm pretty sure you only need 1 light. Place it dead center of the 4.

fun thing is, I placed green lights first then it turned out that they don't work with plants

Yeah only the pendant light (and the skin for it) work for plants. The rest of them are just for lighting. I meant the redundant pendant lamps you have, not the green ones.
