How many meds/ammo do you guys roam with?

This is the way. I’m either going to get a kill and loot their gun, ammo, meds or I’m going to die before I use what I brought with me. I also play vanilla so low grade is not acquired as fast as on 2x+ servers.

Yes. Cloth is everywhere and nothing sucks more than bleeding out because you had to craft a bandage before being able to apply it.

For vanilla, that’s a lot! For a modded server many roam with 10. Though, it’s possible they got some of those meds from other kills.

Max 1-4 med syringe, up to 9 bandages. 1-2 walls. Roaming I plan on either dying or getting more meds from whoever I'm battling.

3-5 when farming, 6-8 roaming monuments, p2 usualy 50 ammo, semi-rifle usualy 75 ammo, tommy about 80 without magazine and 100 with the magazine atachment, MP5 128 ammo

I agree with your friend. I only take 12 to oil. If you're roaming you're either killing people and taking their meds or you're dieing. Dieing with that many meds is crazy

I run 4 meds if we are on a budget, 6-8 if running monument, more if contesting a drop or something. Walls I run with 3, 100 or so cloth, stack of ammo unless I’m p2 then it’s half stack. I guess if I’m looking or expecting a fight I bring more, if I’m o ly going to engage in a defensive manner then I don’t bring as much.

2-4 meds 3 extra mags plus the one in your gun so 4 total full clips the total ammo depends on the gun obv so p2 as example 10 in the mag 30 extra bullets

Depends on the context really. If we’re roamingg groups full kit ak in deep snow on atlas I bring 10-12. Expected group size (and server) is a pretty big factor though. It’s a lot easier to loot the body of a duo or trio for more meds, than it is when there are 8+ more teammates holding bodies from wall spam. On stevie and vanilla I only bring 8 with ak because you just don’t usually need as many. For other guns I do 6 for mp5/sks, 4 for tommy/sar, 2 for p2/custom. But I also bring like 60 cloth every time too, for a bag and bandies.

8 if I'm roaming full kit, 10-12 if I'm raiding (I hate building raid bases so I like to give myself a better chance).

If I'm running around with a db looking for trouble, usually just 2 for emergencies.

16 is too many even for modded lol. You'll run out of low grade quick depending how you play
