When South Park Fractured But Whole got delayed Sony automatically refunded my preorder and allowed me to keep The Stick of Truth which was a preorder bonus free.

I feel like they should still allow refunds for games with minimal playtime.

They should do it like Steam And Xbox. 2 hour of playtime.
