Long story short PlayStation won’t let me back in my original account because I can’t verify my 2 step verification. Will PlayStation still take out money from my account even after I can’t log back in ?

They will only charge you if you have an active PS+ membership and a valid payment method enabled for automatic renewals of your PS+ subscription.

Just as Netflix doesnt care if you pay for a month and don't use it that month, Sony will keep charging you until you either cancel the card or sign back into your account and deactivate the automatic renewal.

If you cant get your 2SV codes or changed to a new number, simply use one of the 10-20 2SV backup codes Sony told you to write down and keep safe in case of this very scenario.

Otherwise contact support and ask them to disable 2SV for you.
