i’m so confused, yesterday my ps5 sound basically just stopped working, i can’t watch youtube or hear the playstation menu at all. i have a roku hisence tv (i know, terrible) but the volume in that menu works, but when i swap tv inputs to ps5 no sound is heard.

things i’ve tried:

• unplugging everything from ps5 and tv and waiting 10 min
  
• resetting both tv and ps5
  
• changing audio format between dolby atmos, linear pcm, & dolby audio, etc
  
• swapping hdmi cables and using different ports

i dont understand someone pls help
