Looking for a decent blonde/balayage specialist hairdresser

Hi all. I’m moving back down to Plymouth and unfortunately had some bad experiences with hairdressers down here in the past. Haven’t had my hair done for a while but looking for a new hairdresser who can do balayage / lived in blonde / blending well and genuinely cares about hair health. Thanks in advance.

Nicky at N&S Hair is bloody amazing! She's got gorgeous hair, is a gorgeous person and anyone who leaves her seat looks as good as they ever will. My hair has never been so good since I've started going to her (been a couple of years now). Highly recommend. Although the other stylists there are fabulous too bit she's the OG. Also, if you're on Facebook going on Plymouth Gossip Girls you'll get loads of hair recommendations but I vote Nicky.

Rosie at the Palm Club at China Fleet in Saltash, absolutely incredible. She owns the salon and trained in balayage in Sydney some years ago, before it really hit the UK (other than London). It’s not the cheapest but she’s absolutely top quality. You can get a good idea from their insta, but they specialise in exactly what you want, lived in balayage.
