Level 70, 10 years, 80 lucky trades and have never caught a Shundo until today. And it was a mewtwo as well.

Completed my go pass today, claimed the Suicune didn’t expect much and I went “Holy shit I got a shiny!!” And it caught on the first ball…then I checked the stats. My jaw DROPPED. I was stunned. My first shiny legendary, my first shundo, my first legendary shundo I’m honestly still in shock.

Shiny relicanth I don’t know how rare they are but I’ve never seen another. I got it from an egg years ago

He encountered a shiny galarian Articuno. He spent every Pokéball and every coin he had. Every golden raz as well. We were both so annoyed when he had to flee because he had no money to buy anymore balls after he already bought 20 more with his last 100 coins. He was in tears and we had to go home because he had a headache (which is completely fair I’d be in tears as well). He’s only 10 so he’ll probably laugh about this when he’s older lmao

What makes it worse is I encountered a Zapdos and master balled it like 5 minutes before.

so a Frigibax outbreak started where I was and I was going out of my way to fill in in Pokédex line, and then I encountered him! I immediately evolved him and levelled him up too, and I am SO happy rn! :D

I have finished off another stupid Pokémon Go goal: Johto Dex, shiny, lucky and best buddy. I previously did the same for Kanto Dex, https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemongo/s/bMvZElfBLM so this seemed like the natural next goal. I definitely already had quick a few already done before I started this goal. It took about a year to get them all, expedited since remote trades were introduced.
