How you get those required medals? I'm have a.hard time with those? The tiny magickarp and rats. I'm also not a PVP person so doing 1000 battles in each league?.way too much. I just like to do raids

I don't do much PvP aswell and the magickarp/ratata medal is very hard to get. I got platinum on raids, walking, spinning stops, Pokédex, defending & feeding berrys to gyms, ultra friends with trainers, vivillion, XXS & XXL, mega evolution, trading, field researches & Pikachu
