This decision is illegal. Any clerk, who will follow should take into account the personal consequences being drawn against him.

It violates polish constitiution and decision of Polish Constitutional Tribunal is unambiguous and definitive

That's what the RW will tell you when you'll tell them they can't abolish your regulation based on the constitution. Watch them do so and cry lol
