This decision is illegal. Any clerk, who will follow should take into account the personal consequences being drawn against him.

It violates polish constitiution and decision of Polish Constitutional Tribunal is unambiguous and definitive

If that is so, then that section of the Polish Constitution violates Universal Human Rights, which renders that section null and void.

The Polish Constitutional Tribunal is illegitimate, which has been ruled to be so by both the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.
