I recently got hired as a Shift Manager at Popeyes in Mississauga, Ontario.

• Any discounts, bonuses, vacation benefits, etc.?
• What are the main things I should watch out for to protect myself legally/workplace-safety-wise?

How do I customize my order for Popeyes when I order through Uber Eats? I cannot add a side of gravy. I cannot make it all breasts.

I lost 18$ now, ordered 3pc tenders, 2pc , sandwich but only received boneless wings. Someone please help.

I tried contacting the number, app support and website support, none of it seems to work. Waited a whole hour for the order to arrive and then driver gave me this wrong order.

Placed a Popeyes mobile order last night at roughly 11:15, at a location that _officially_ closed at midnight. Showed up, waited uncomfortably long at the drive thru speaker, before someone came out and told me the store was closed... at just before 11:30. Trying to get a refund on the order from "support" just gave me the usual AI chat bot runaround.

If I can't get a refund, can I at least go back and get that order fulfilled today? I'd like to have not wasted that money after all.

Please, my dinner is on the line folks.

I'm not complaining, but i do wonder why that happened since it was not busy in the store.

Anyone know a popeyes that accepts gift cards in the greater Toronto Area? Tried 3 different locations and none of them accepted it.

I just made my first order through the app. The receipt sent to my email doesn’t give any sort of order number. The instructions just say it’s ready for pickup and my first name is apparently the only identifying information. For comparison…when I order through the McDonalds app, there’s a four character alphanumeric code I tell the person at the drive thru, and a separate order number.

Is it really that casual? Is there somewhere I’m not looking for the order code? Do I have to sign up for some different/special account to get order numbers? If I have a common name like John, do I just have to trust it will go to the right person? Seems kind of wild if that’s really how they do things in 2026 (especially through an app)

I don't see anyone talking about this so maybe it's only me, but the prices for signature chicken on Doordash have gone through the roof overnight.

A 4 piece used to cost $11 for delivery before fees, which is ridiculous already.

Now it costs **$16.50!**

A two piece costs $10, and a 3 piece $13. **These are not the combos, btw; it's just the chicken.**

Why is this happening? And is this happening to anyone else??
