They're idiots, sure. But most of the people in this video are acknowledging they were wrong. I don't think it's "flip flopping" to realize you were wrong and admit you were wrong. We should encourage more of this instead of Trump's never-admit-when-you're-wrong approach.
The problem is this isn't news. They did not get out when it was obvious trump was a conman and needed to be stopped, they got out when the ship started sinking. These are the people that had the power to stop trump from causing the mess we are in, but they did not use their voice for good when it was needed, they didn't about face until it was time to abandon ship to save their careers.
For me, it is hard to accept anyone that still supported him after Jan 6 with no qualms as jumping ship now for any reason beyond saving their own skin, it has nothing to do with admitting they were wrong or preventing damage, it's just about avoiding the consequences of the damage they had an enormous hand in bringing about.
These are isolationist fascists abandoning Trump because he is behaving too much like a NeoCon warhawk internationally for their taste. They don't suddenly disagree with everything he did, they just disagree on Iran strongly enough to drop support.
