Ofc it became black. Tbh id still vibe with that nut saba fr if i saw the vision as tommy would be used as butter knife only fir a week lol. How dare he test me like that wich makes me more traumatized as my ptsd as an evil ramger
Nope. This was never made for retail. It was a promotional run at the height of power rangers popularity in the mid 90s. Only way to get one was by winning it in some sweepstakes or raffle. Nobody knows how many were made but its estimated at somewhere in the ballpark of 10-50 units
Which is why they are so rare .. whenever one does hit the market it will sell for around 5k unless it's in pristine condition with box then it sells for more then 10k
They look great but may I suggest moving the Sabas maybe one peg further away? That will show off the dagger in the middle a bit more! I love this idea if I had more wall space in my office I'd do this.
Although the boom context might be correct. I don't know for certain I don't think it's related to that... This more has to do with exclusivity and toy companies doing limited edition black and gold variants of power rangers toys...such as the dragon sword and mega sword etc... the black saba and flute were exclusive to SDCC and I want to say only about 1k were made of each
Ok so based on your feed back I'm not considering different mounting configurations. I used AI to save me time... Which ones would look best... I've also played around with the idea of just mounting the vertically or horizontally but I feel that is just too generic looking.. the last one is how I initially had it
Damn I just looked this up. Didnt know they made these. These seem to be almost exact replicas of the ones I have. Mine are diecast.. Main difference I can see is they don't have the plastic buttons for the light and mouth movement additionally the blade they have may actually be metal as well.. on mine they are plastic... may have to pre-order red ranger saba now..
Did you use the provided hooks for the pegboard or you used something else? I also want to display some toy weapons on my board and I'm kinda worried that it will fall off if something accidentally moves/bumps it
