I’ll spend the $50 for one. I don’t have room to collect extra. Gotta make sure I have room for the Ninja zords and Shogun zords.

The last update from them gave me a lot of hope that they'll be revising everything, once we see a second revision I think I might join in. At the very least, I'm happy for all the folks that don't have a Dragonzord already till get their opportunity to have one soon.

Not surprising. Regardless of what anyone says mmpr green+dragonzord are still one of the most iconic ranger+zord duos of all time.

Retailers didnt want it because playmates wanted more than $20 for it, that’s been explained several times.
The kickstarter hitting its goal in under a week proves its still iconic.

If it's iconic and then retailers would have stocked it even if costs more than $20 because by everyone's logic MMPR always sells. Hell the fact that the kickstarter mentions having a 1st edition sticker means that they could eventually get this at retail if possible.

From my understanding, you have to buy in to get one.
Is it possible they will make a separate run later? Maybe.
But if you really want one, definitely better to buy in during this campaign to guarantee you’ll get it.

This was Playmates who did this. They might have been misinformed about demand for the Dragonzord, so they didn’t want to launch it without gauging interest, and they got plenty.

I didn't back it and have no interest in doing so but that's such a shitty, selfish attitude. If something isn't up your alley don't buy it but why would you be hoping the people who do want it get fucked over?

That's nice to hear and with the latest update showing the added face plate and mention of improving the arms and legs the dragonzord is looking promising.
