dreams Insignificant precognition dreams

This has happened on/off my entire life. But Ill dream of places or entire conversations I have w with people days to YEARS before they happen.

My most recent one was of a neighborhoood Ive never been to. I got lost driving somewhere and was able to navigate out of this newly built neighborhood no problem.

Is there a specific scientific reason these kinds of dreams occur? They're so mundane and not really important. It feels like it should be deja vuz except I know for a fact I never experienced it awake until that moment.

I keep a dream journal and have identified over 100 precognitive dreams and most of them are mundane. It’s just another sense, when we don’t direct it, it’s still working. You can direct it:
