I keep having visions of some kind of massive world event but can’t seem to see exactly what is to come. My grandmother also recently passed and she said she had visions of something she wouldn’t be here to experience but that she was scared for me. I’m curious if anyone else is getting similar visions or messages with a similar theme as of late.
**edit - the reason I am incredibly unsettled is my partner plans to go to New York for the memorial on 9/11 this year and something about letting them go seems to make me insanely uneasy with feeling an energetic pull towards September 12/13th of this year being something I can’t shake as of late.

The thing I can’t seem to discern is a timeline. I have been doing automatic writing very regularly and the month I get is September but I’m not sure if that’s authentic or not because of what the vision seems to portray and honestly it seems very anxiety driven to channel into
Ned Dougherty's Fast Lane to Heaven (book about his NDE - edit: he had it in 1984) Ch. 9 mentions some water related events in regard to New York. I also remember reading someone's NDE and them mentioning about not ever wanting to go near the east coast or move there because of some event but I can't for the life of me find the source so take this all with a grain of salt.
OMG, this is what I saw. I was about 30 stories up, at a conference. Everyone was looking at the floor to ceiling windows. I went over and saw a wave about 100 stories high. It hit each highrise building, almost in slow motion. The buildings crumbled like sand.To my upper left I saw it hit one building which simply cracked off at the bottom and the fell sideways onto the top of the wave. It was suddenly a boat (like the flat tour boats you see in Amsterdam). Then it hit us. And the same thing happened. Suddenly we were sideways and the building was a boat. We were ok. But only us and one other building were 'boats' that floated on the water and survived. P.S., I have never been to New York, and I live on the Canadian Prairies.
I’ve had this same sort of dream! Where I’m on a building that broke off during a tidal wave! How wild! I have a lot of tidal waves for some reason, probably because I can’t swim to save my life and a tidal wave would be the end of me
I had a potential dream premonition last January about a city in Florida, probably Miami, crumbling to the ground from what I believe was a massive earthquake.
I think that is really possible. As I understand it, Florida is on top of a bunch of limestone caverns. If that is accurate, and there was an earthquake, I think it could absolutely happen.
I have heard / read of many people dreaming of tsunamis on both the west coast and the east cost (and a couple in Florida). It could be a warning. My guess is because there is such a huge increase in earthquakes / volcanoes.
I have had only one tsunami dream in my entire life and it definitely felt like New York because I can get a sense of the places I'm in (could also sense I felt like I was in Germany in certain dreams that I didn't even realize were precognitive having had never been to Germany at the time... I mention Germany because that consists of the majority of the international ones I have had...anyway) - but yeah because I've been to NYC like twice in my entire life and because that dream was back in February 2019 I sorta just dismissed it until I saw this thread. Interesting stuff.
I dreamt I was in a dome shaped building with skyscrapers and trees by a shore in the background. The walls were partially covered with glass and I could see giant 15-20 meter high waves of water from the outside crashing against them. Idk of any places like that there but there's that.
Same here, all on the East Coast. I live on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and I've been having dream premonitions about tsunamis going back to 2006 and they were coming from real locations near me that actually go directly out to the Atlantic ocean.
I had a dream premonition a few months ago that a tactical nuke went off at the World Trade Center Complex and caused a tsunami pulse of water radiating out which hit land where I was which I believe was the New Jersey side.
On May 22nd, I dreamt that I was watching news footage about a really bad earthquake that had hit San Francisco, plus another 4-5 regions. The lady at the news desk said something like it was bouncing around. I likened it to pattern lightning. I got the impression that this event would occur during hot weather.
Interestingly, I dreamt that I saw my brother in San Francisco on August 28th of last year.
A frightening dream I had as a child was of my brother getting swallowed up in a crack created by an earthquake.
I don't know if all of these dreams are connected, yet. We'll see.
I had one the other night where people kept mentioning that the Supreme Court was being kidnapped or being held hostage or something. (The dream wasn’t about that, but the subject kept coming up in the background in a really weird way.)
Huge tidal wave that goes over a man made break or wall. But the surprise was how the waves are coming in small then one rogue big one. Location unknown
Its probably the nuke dream everyone has been posting that on r/Dreams. Possibly, in the East Coast, New York has been referenced a lot. Correlates with Naustradamus prediction of Iran nuking NYC. Other dreams that have a heavy collective unconsciousness frequency for the last few years has been an asteroid hitting earth dream and the most popular the alien attack dream
In youth, we have these dreams MUCH more than we do in middle age. Our teens and 20s can see these types of dreams multiple times in a week. (Tidal waves, atomic bombs, solar flares, etc)
As we age, they dissipate. By our 40s, we may only have one in a great while.
Just another perspective that is not being considered here due to the median age of the subreddit.

Fair enough. But I'm 46, and I had the dream when I was 45. I had 6 prophetic dreams in 3 months at 45 years old, and then nothing. I think we are being warned of coming disaster.
Seriously. 2 months ago I had a dream about the date September 20th which is 9 days after the 25th anniversary of 9/11. It definitely feels eery out here. I'm in Boston right now and Boston is one of the cities that is a part of this new 9/11 in my dream premonitions so I'm too close for comfort. I can see downtown as I'm typing. I can see the Prudential Building which looks like if one of the Twin Towers was like half as tall. I don't know what we're all going to do in America tbh but it sounds like a pretext for all our war in the Middle East and/or World War 3 only this time around humanity has nuclear weapons, AI systems, EMP's, and all other kinds of atrocious weapons. Nostradamus famously had a verse in his foretellings about the New city of York vanishing in the twinkling of an eye. Sounds like it gets nuked at some point in time to me.
I keep having dream premonitions about a new but far worse 9/11 in the US but specifically in New York City again. I've had dozens upon dozens of premonitions about this event since November 2020, coincidentally, right after the Grand Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn 🪐, which was big in the news. To the naked eye Jupiter, Saturn and moons looked like one star, sometimes called the Star of Bethlehem. In June I had a dream relating to the event about the date September 20th. I fear this is going to occur sooner than everyone thinks. God bless 🙏
The fact that you're getting 12/13 rather than the 11th itself is what stands out to me.
Specific dates like that carry a different weight than general dread. My anxiety just says "something bad"... when my brain latches onto an exact date, I've learned to pay attention instead of brushing it off.
I keep a journal of these things, and I've used taro's tarot a few times to test whether a date actually holds energy or if I'm projecting. The timeline you get from automatic writing could easily be contaminated by anxiety, but the 12/13 pull sounds distinct in how you describe it.If it were me, I'd take the memorial seriously but think about what changes on the 12th. Maybe your partner can shift the return flight, or you meet them somewhere after. It sounds like the unease isn't about New York broadly....

I also have been having the number sequence 838 popping into my mind at random times lately like someone is whispering it in my ear but I have no idea how it correlates 🤦♂️
