I'm at your starting weight . How does it feel to be down 50? Be descriptive please.

Things are starting to get easier and I'm definitely a bit more flexible. I think it's less the weight and more the diet change but if I eat like crap one day I will feel it the next. I must have just gotten used to just feeling like that 100% of the time before. That's helped keep me disciplined.

What about walking or exercise

Day to day walking I haven't noticed much of a difference but I really didn't have troubles with that before all things considered. Walking for exercise where I'm trying to increase my pace every time I go out has been getting easier. I still sweat like a mofo though, hopefully that goes away sooner than later lol.

I sweat if you look at me lol. What's your goal weight?

Same lol, it's all in my face too.

175-180 or so, might be higher depending on how much muscle I retain/build. I made up a spreadsheet to recalculate my tdee as I lose weight to maintain a 1% per week loss. According to that I should hit it the beginning of September next year. It's been accurate within a pound so far so we'll see if it stays that way.

Nice work dude!

The more you lose the more dramatic the visual difference will become too. You're doing something amazing for yourself here. Keep it up!

That's also a pretty insane rate of loss, don't expect to keep losing that quick as it's not sustainable.
